You did an absolutely amazing job in redesigning the back piece and fixing it all back together. It really does look like new.

Good evening, I just need to thank the lovely staff, Charlene, Sharon, and the guy I spoke to on the phone,for the fabulous service you have given over the last couple of months,to help me make a decision on choosing a ring in memory of my late mother.

After losing mum last year I decided that I would love to purchase a ring in her memory. After looking at the regular high street jewellers, I really struggled to enthuse as to what I was looking for.

I am not one for jewellery at the best of times, and as much as the very blingy stuff looks lovely, it wasn't for me.

After discussing this with my daughter Kelly, she suggested going into Nottingham just to have a look at what was available, not knowing where we would look.

We were so lucky to come across the Cathy Stephens shop, where straight away we were given professional advice,different options available,with no pushy sales person.

I was able to take my time choosing from the lovely range of stones you have,with help from the staff.

I have picked up my ring today, along with a ring of my late grandmother's, which you were able to bring  back to life making it look new again, and I absolutely love them.

I would certainly recommend you, and will not hesitate paying you another visit, if ever I decide to purchase further.

I just wanted to let you know that you were right, I absolutely love it, it's simply stunning and I'm so glad that you were able to give me exactly what I wanted! Had the pleasure of meeting Cathy herself during the design week and she carefully listened to my requirements and produced the perfect ring that exceeded my ideas and expectations based on an example of my Nana's. Cathy turned it into 'my' ring and it is going to be the perfect ring for my the big day! My nana purchased her ring from Cathy over 25 years ago and it made sense to go back for my ring! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more jewellery!
